The Proper Chocolate Company partnered with The Boatyard Distillery in Fermanagh to create a very unique chocolate that goes beyond the sum of its parts. Working with the highest quality organic spent botanicals produced in their gin-making process, they have designed this chocolate to parallel The Boatyard Double Gin-- intentionally juniper-berry forward while respecting the ratio of the other botanicals.

This 68.5% dark chocolate is made from organic and ethically sourced cocoa beans from our friends at Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania.
