It should only be used on the skin when diluted 50/50 with a vegetable oil such as olive oil.

Directions

It is best used as part of an aromatic bath. Add 6-10 drops of Clary Sage oil to a warm bath. Sit back and relax and inhale the vapours. You may also gain similar benefits from a footbath. It also can be used through inhalation, vaporisation, massage or through cold or warm compresses.
