Clearspring Organic Japanese Sweet White Miso is a traditional fermented Japanese food and seasoning made from different types of grains including soya and a unique koji fermentation culture.

Miso can be blended with oils and vinegars for savoury sauces and dressings. It can also be added to soups, mash potato and stews to add great depth and flavour.

Miso has a wonderful creamy richness and a slightly salty sweetness.
