Wild Irish Seaweed Organic Sugar Kelp

Wild Irish Sea Veg Sugar Kelp is carefully harvested by hand and then sun dried to lock inside all of its natural flavours and nutrients. This seaweed is harvested from the exquisite shorelines of the Burren in North Clare. Simply add it to any number of dishes to add extra flavour and nutrients. Directions

To rehydrate: Soak in cold water for up to 10 mins. The soaking liquid can also be used. Salted: Wash salt off thoroughly before use. Fresh: Rinse gently before use.
