Vitamin D Plus contains Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin B12. Formulated to provide maximum Vitamin D3 absorption and utilisation. Vitamins D3 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system; magnesium and Vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and help support the nervous system.

It has been reported that up to 50% of people are unable to activate Vitamin D in their body because of insufficient magnesium levels. Vitamin D needs magnesium-dependent enzymes to convert the inactive Vitamin D3 into the active form, calcitriol 1.

Vitamin D also relies on Vitamin K to maintain calcium homeostasis in the body. Vitamin K2 may thus help in preventing any unhealthy calcium build-up and may mitigate risks associated with Vitamin D toxicity

Directions
