Solgar’s Rhodiola Root Extract is a standardised, full potency herbal extract with potential benefits on physical and mental performance. Rhodiola extract behaves like an adaptogen, which can help the body adapt to environmental stresses with non-specific resistances through homeostasis (internal stability) when taken on a regular basis.
