Sambucol Black Elderberry Extract Immuno Forte contains added Vitamin C and Zinc to help support the immune system and prevent or reduce the duration and symptoms of colds and flus. It also contains a large amount of antioxidants which play a vital role in combating the damage caused by free radicals. Directions

Recommend daily dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon). Dosage can be increase during winter: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times, daily Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily.

Warnings: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended intake. If pregnant, breast feeding or under medical supervision, please seek medical advice before taking. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Once opened, keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a dry place below 25C.
