This finest Japanese peppermint oil is commonly used to help relieve the pain and discomfort of the stomach and intestines. The warming effect of the menthol (naturally found in peppermint) can help to sooth the stomach which may help digestion. Directions

Internal recommendation: 1-2 drops in half a glass of warm water, swallowed slowly.

External: 2-5 drops massaged gently into the skin. It can be used to relieve the symptoms of aches, pains, stiff joints or cramps. Warms and sooths as it sinks into the affected area. May also be used in any aromatherapy applications.
