Lifeplan Slippery Elm Capsules - 50 Capsules

These Capsules contain only dried Slippery Elm in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. Slippery Elm is often used for such digestive issues as acid reflux, indigestion, constipation, IBS and diarrhoea.

The bark is pure and no additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.

Its soothing action also makes it popular for sore throats when mixed into a warm drink.

Directions

Take one or two capsules with water or as a drink (see below) just prior to a main meal. Take no more than 6 capsules a day.

AS A DRINK Mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
