Jan De Vries Flower Essences - Relaxing Essence contains a combination specifically developed for modern living. It may help a relaxed state, whilst maintain focus. This combination essence will help you unwind and relax, allowing you to recharge your batteries and feel more at peace.

It contains the tinctures of Mullein, Mimulus, Impatience, Dandelion, Elm, Oak, Aspen, Hornbeam, Bluebell & Vervain. If you are snappy, insecure or worried, this may help you feel patient, relaxed and peaceful. NOTE: Please consult your doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Directions

5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required.

Tinctures of the flowers of Impatiens, Mullein, Dandelion, Mimulus, Elm, Aspen, Oak, Hornbeam, Bluebell and Vervain in equal amounts.
