Higher Nature Red Sterol Complex

Normal blood pressure and lipid levels are important for cardiac health. Higher Nature Red Sterol Complex provides red yeast rice and plant sterols, as well as vitamin E. Red yeast rice has been eaten in China for centuries, and is made by fermenting rice with the yeast Monascus purpureus (though once fermented the yeast is inactive). It provides the plant sterols beta sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol and brassicasterol, which may help to maintain normal cholesterol levels. Vitamin E, an antioxidant, may help protect blood lipids against the harmful effects of oxidation and can help maintain normal blood flow.

Directions

Adults take 2 tablets twice a day after meals for 12 weeks, and afterwards 1 tablet twice a day, or as your healthcare professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
