Bio-Kult Everyday (previously called Bio-Kult Multi-Strain)

Bio-Kult Multi-Strain is an excellent probiotic aid for digestive health. This probiotic supplement contains high concentration of 14 strains of beneficial bacteria. These strains have been proven to be able to survive the high acidity levels of the stomach. It is highly recommended for those following the GAPS diet plan. It does not need to be refrigerated and can be taken alongside anti-biotics. It is suitable for babies, children, adults, vegetarians and even those who are pregnant.

Directions

Adults - 1-2 capsules twice daily with food. Children under 12 - Half the adult dosage.
