Better You Magnesium Sleep Lotion

Better You’s Magnesium Sleep Body Lotion is formulated with an expertly blended combination of magnesium chloride and essential oils of lavender and chamomile to naturally relax tired muscles. Containing 150mg (43% NRV) magnesium per 5ml, this magnesium sleep lotion allows for a deeper more sustained sleep cycle.

Directions

For optimal results, use as a part of your bedtime routine for a minimum of 4 weeks. Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders and legs. Reapply whenever needed.
