This remedy may help children, especially those who are always ‘on the go’, to wind down, become peaceful, calm, relaxed and get ready for bed. Essences have also been added to help protect them from picking up any negativity from their environments. Easy to Use:
7 drops under the tongue, first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
There is less than one drop of alcohol per dose. For anyone not wishing a child to ingest alcohol, the 7 drops can be applied topically to the crown of the head or wrist pulse points or diluted in water.
Alternatively, place drops into hot water (the temperature at which you would drink a cup of tea) which will evaporate the alcohol.
