Atlantic Aromatics Aromatherapy oils can be used by means of inhalation. Add two-four drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale. You could also put a few drops on a tissue and inhale it that way. Further ways to use Frankincense oil include aromatherapy baths, vaporisation and massage. Do not apply undiluted on areas of skin, dilute with a vegetable based oil.
