Directions

Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Add a few drops to running bath water for a clearing, antibacterial bath soak. Blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, and use as massage oil. Simply place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers or Oil Burners
