Directions

Apply a small amount of the gel gently to the affected area. Repeat 2 to 4 times a day. For external use only.

Ingredients

1g of gel contains 500mg of Arnica extract which is equivalent to 160mg fresh Arnica flowers. Other Ingredients: Ethanol Purified Water Glycerol (plant origin)Hypromellose (thickener).
